Arrival, departure, and the size of your group. The total appears as you choose, with everything included.
Five nights is the shortest stay. The nightly figure does not change with the length of the stay.
We check the dates against the house calendar and reply within 24 hours.
If they are free, the invoice and our bank details follow. The beneficiary is CORTEXWIRE LLC, the company that operates this house — enter that name at your bank and it will match.
In euro within Europe the money usually lands the same day. From elsewhere, allow two or three working days.
We need the name on the account you send from. Quote the reference as well if your bank provides a field for it. Payment is due within three days of the invoice.
We confirm the day the money lands. The address, directions and the gate code follow closer to the date.
Check-in is from 3pm, check-out by 11am. Someone meets you and walks you through the house and its home automation. Arriving late, you let yourself in with a lockbox key and the tour follows the next morning.
We will never email you new bank details. If you receive a message changing the account, from any address, it is not from us. Call or message us on WhatsApp before you send anything.
We do not take card. Payment is by bank transfer only.
